Women's Health

Biologically  women are “designed” for specific activities (child-bearing is the most obvious example). A woman may become pregnant, miscarry, give birth, have one child or many children – or she may experience none of these things. No matter what the life experience, the command centre for a woman’s biology is fuelled by hormones.  And, when ageing takes a woman beyond child-bearing years, hormones control the process we term menopause.

Hormones affect each woman in a unique way, and a number of women find these biological episodes challenging. What we do now know is that we can minimise many of the less positive impacts of hormonal activity through analysis, monitoring, and effective supplementation. Women who have been negatively impacted by hormonal activity will often report that such interventions are positively “life changing”.
