Health Questionnaires
High or low hormone levels in the body often give rise to ‘tell-tale’ symptoms. For example, hot flushes may indicate low estrogen levels. Although laboratory testing should be used to confirm that a hormone imbalance exists, questionnaires - reviewing the common symptoms associated with a deficiency or excess of each hormone - can be very useful.
The results from these questionnaires can indicate a possible hormone imbalance, guide subsequent testing, and help monitor the impact of hormone supplementation in resolving these symptoms.
The questionnaires for adrenal fatigue, low thyroid and general hormone imbalances can be found on the menu bar on this page.
